I stayed in February 2024, and highly recommend this inviting hotel with an unbeatable 5 star location!!! 5 mins walk to the Sanctuary, restaurants, shopping, bus station, grocery store and even the Fatima Pharmacy! The staff are kind and friendly, even the restaurant staff, and were very helpful when I fell ill. Thank you!
Breakfast is included and everything was fresh and the staff friendly and accommodating. I was comfortable in my room, good size, clean, good beds, double doors walkout to balcony, minibar and safety deposit box. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof and proximity of the washrooms (sounds) can be disturbing.
The best feature was the washroom with a corded bell to alert staff in case of health issues, a fall etc especially for the disabled.
A strong suggestion I would make is to upgrade with soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower stall, and soap dispenser near washbasin. Ecologically it would be beneficial and safer for health reasons.
I was impressed with the beautiful Chapel Misericordia which very few hotels have, a place of solace and peace!
The pool could be larger but it was clean and I enjoyed it. I like that they insist on a swimming cap so bring your own. You have to book your time which I thought was very practical. Sincere thanks to all! I had a...

It is right across the street from a series of pedestrian walkways that are packed with stores and restaurants. It is also just a short walk away from the Sanctuario and all the great things there are there to see and experience.||||The whole hotel, including the room, was very modern. The Wi-Fi was free and fast. Everything was squeaky clean. The breakfast was very good and generous. There were both scrambled eggs and bacon.
