Foz Loft by the River — Hotel in Porto

What a fantastic experience! I was only staying for a few nights but i prolongued my stay because the apartment was astonishing. I have stayed in a lot of diferent apartments, but the thing that amazed me in this one, was the fact that the apartment had the quality of hotel but at the same time the cosiness of a familly house! It was very well refurbished having a touch of the old days but at the same time very modern because it was very recently remodelated! We had everything in there, and one of the best things is that you can use it as house just to sleep or to pass the hole day inside since you have a kitchen with everything you see and a Tv to watch a movie, the pictures you can get access in the website are perfectly matched with the reality of the house! The location is great being in the pretiest and excentric part of Porto, just 1 minute walking to great restaurantes and to Passeio Alegre Gardens where you can have gorgeous river views and less then 10 minutes by car to the DownTown. And one thing that pleased us a lot was the owners, Joana and Luis. They were extremely polite, efecient and lovely persons as they certified that our stay would be the best we could have. They told us the best restaurantes to go, the best places to visit, you could defenitly see that they have traveled a lot and know what other travelers need. In the apartament they leave magazines with the places to visit wich we had a great use of!
