June 2024 Another stay here due to the convenience location, but didn't expect the wifi to not be working at all throughout the stay, so that was very unexpected impactful. Typical small room, still don't really like the fact that I had to leave my key down each time I head out, I wonder how it works while there is more than one person staying while one wants to go out and another person stays in. April 2022 Conveniently located hotel in the middle of transportation, restaurants, tourist spots. Be noted that there is a long stairway upward to the hotel lobby; however, they have a stair elevator for the individuals in use of wheelchair. It is not for luggage use, so be prepared to carry your luggage upward the stairway. There is an elevator. Once you get to the lobby right by the entrance, it is likely to fit 3-4 people. The room I stayed was relatively big with a spa bathtub which i was able to enjoy for the night after a long day of city exploring. The hotel has a policy of retaining the hotel key as you leave the premise. If your booking doesn't include breakfast already, you may purchase to enjoy the continental breakfast provided by the hotel for 9EUR per day. There is a souvenir store located right by the hotel so you purchase some basic necessities from it if needed. grocery store isn't so far away either.  One of the most beautiful McDonald is nearby steps away so you can always have a quick meal. If needing late check out, you may check with the hotel to determine if the option is available and pay for the extension. Luggage storage is also an option if you would like to explore the city more after checking out the hotel yet not leaving the city yet.

This place is amazing and no one seems to know it's there. It is located in the very center of tourist Oporto, was super cheap and was completely empty! Was it a 5 star hotel, no. It was a basic hotel with standard beds and room with a bed. But really, that's all you need if you are only going to sleep there. And when I mean it was in the center I mean when you look out the front door all you see is a sea of people. You have to fight to get outside, but once you do, pick any direction and walk. You will find something to do, see or eat! The front desk was super nice and the rooms are cleaned daily. This surprised me because I have been in better hotels that will only clean your room if you request it. If you see a hotel as a place to sleep after a full day of exploring, then this is the place for you!

Very nice location in the city - the only good thing about this place. Rooms are old but adequate enough for short stays. There's a tall staircase at the entrance of the building, without elevator, not friendly for people with disabilities. There's an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was hit or miss, they were not so friendly when asked for an invoice during checkout. They ask to leave the room key in the reception when going out.

The good: Amazing location and very inexpensive.

The bad: Old hotel that has not been modernized. They could spend just a little money to update it. Bathroom is not private, shower curtain that is so long you’re stepping on it in shower, a refrigerator that didn’t work, and no safe. There’s a bright light that turns on whenever you move. If you get up in the night to use the bathroom it totally lights the whole room. Once you get back in bed it stays on for another few minutes. Very annoying. A dim nightlight that does this is great, not these brute hallway lights.

The worst: Woke up at 4 am to noise. At first I thought it must be a dance club. Now I think it’s laundry machines near my room. It’s now 6 am and I am writing this review because the noise has prevented me from going...
