Our food took a long time to arrive, the waitress said her apologies which was nice. What left me very upset was when we were trying to pay. She was working alone and we waived her over to ask for our bill at the same time as another family who walked over to pay for theirs. For some reason the restaurants card terminal machine wasn’t working so after a long wait in a place with no air con, the waitress walked downstairs and the payment for the family finally went through. We waited for a long time to try to pay even though we were the first ones who got her attention.
