The worst hotel I ever met. All started from getting a code, it took about half an hour. So we just stayed in a cold weather next to the door. This place doesn't have any personal. All are closed!
After 30 minutes some rude girl answered and sent a code to a door. But it did not work. It took about an hour to get inside. After getting inside, we found out that place 40 m2 does not have wardrobe, table, chairs... It doesn't have even hoods in the bathroom (all smell goes directly to your bed or just stays in a bathroom), there is not even a place where you can hang normaly clothes. Very bad internet connection, non-working sockets etc. Very cold, the floor is unrealistically cold. A room has 4 beds that occupied all place like a bunkhouse or hostel for the price of a Radisson Blue hotel.
You won't find any slippers, small bathroom items, microwave or disposable tableware.
The last terrible thing was, that they got to our room without permission (in the morning we warned cleaning not to come this day) and simply took and threw the shoe paper from a travel lurgage into the trash. When I contacted the girl who manages the hotel through booking, I was told that that I am strange and if I don’t like something then I must go to a 5 stars hotel over the street. Also girl in a rude behaviour laught about why do I use this paper, she tried to tought me what I must do or not to do. I keep all screenshot of this nightmare). After half an hour some angry woman came to us and in an angry look gave everything she took back. They simply went to dirty trash can, found that and gave us back.
Can anyonee imagine this? How come? What is this service for such money?
Last day they outside was some terrible noise so we could not able to stay and decided to leave the hotel...
Read moreYou see what people are really like when there need to be solutions. And this was the case with us. We went there and my mom had an allergic overreaction to one of the cleaning products used. It's a preexisting condition.
It was a bit of a drag for all parties but the staff was excellent. We got free tea, they mopped the floor with clean water (at 9pm) and then they gave us a full refund when we decided to stay elsewhere. And they didn't have to. Stunning customer service.
The place is absolutely beautiful, romantic and picturesque, with a lot of care and love for detail.
