Update 21.08.2021: They messed it up. I returned after a while and they've changed the dish. It was cooked differently, it had less ingredients and less value for money. Would definitely not recommend this anymore.

Original review: This not a review. It's more a guide on how to properly eat and enjoy a "New York burger". First of all, they don't lie about the serving size: the dish weights about 850g. So you might want to take into consideration the following steps: Starve for a whole day. Go in late, about 20-21:00. Order a beer, ice cold, and the "New York burger". Once they get your burger start to wonder what made you order it. Stare at it for 1 minute. Maybe take pictures. Start making plans on how to eat it and still look like a gentleman. Begin with the fries, it's the easiest task. Finally tackle the burger and remember you were once on a diet. Finish it, there's no way you could leave this on your plate. Accept your fate as you'll never be thin. Walk home fatty, you need it! Never regret...

It was a complete disappointment for us, even though I saw some recent comments where people weren’t happy about the food and the ambiance, with 4,5 stars and thousands of comments I thought it was exception until I realized that it wasn’t for us. First of all we were at the upstairs, at the nonsmoking area, there were no ambiance, it wasn’t any special. The service was alright, the food came on time. But the pizza was one of the worst we have been served at a restaurant, the dough was crumbling and tasteless, the cheese was a thin layer, it felt dry and unpleasant. We finished it, (except the crust, which we normally eat as well) because we have been traveling the whole day and we were starving. So even for someone who would eat anything and mostly appreciate it, it wasn’t good. We tried to explain it to the waitress but as we ate it all she didn’t believe us. An average Italian restaurant that does not excel in any way.

We had some "risotto con frutti di mare" as well as some "spaghetti trapanese" and, while they were pretty tasty, we were not very impressed. Therefore, the FOOD gets 3/5. Same goes with the DRINKS (3/5), the lemonade and the beer were pretty standard.

The AMBIENCE is inspired from the movie Godfather, with Italian music and paintings, but ends up a bit kitschy (3/5).

Lastly, the SERVICE leaves you with mixed feelings. While the staff tries to be attentive and treat you nice, this conflicts with the yelling and all the kid games the waiters (most of which are in their early 20s) are playing to each other.

If you feel like having some Italian food and you are nearby, you might as well try this place. But there are many other better...
