When you're in crave for some good ramen this is the place to go to, at least this is my top choice for the moment. Personally, I'm not that good with the chopsticks, so I asked for usual cutlery this time when dancing the ramen's noodles dance. Really enjoyed interacting with the staff, they had a positive vibe, very careful and helpful with my requests. The only thing I kinda did not agree with is the a bit too loud music, however it was good music. I also tried the sushi (very good rice, just as you want it to be) and what really struck a chord with me was the wasabi, very intense and tasty, the ginger was not bad either, however the wasabi was spot on. I am not sure if the fact that I was starving or if the food was really good, however I really enjoyed my visit there and the huge bowl of ramen with perfect textured noodles. The weather was a bit cold being a winter's evening when I visited, but while inside it really didn't bother me that much, even though it is a place with an open wall to the outside. I hope I will come back again and maybe will give the noodles within the ramen another try with the chopsticks. Also I recall that they also have some sweet stuff on the menu I'd...
Read moreI went here for lunch alone when I was in Bucharest briefly. I wanted to have some ramen for lunch, and happen to stumbled upon this restaurant chain which includes vegetarian/vegan ramen in their menu.
Normally ramen in cities and countries such as Bucharest, Romania, I don't hold such high expectations for the quality and authenticity of, for example, Japanese ramen. I just though the ramen was just ok. Not the best tasting nor too bad. It was just average.
The menu provides labels for spicy dishes (chillies) and vegetarian. There were a couple of vegetarian and vegan dishes available.
Service was good. Good place to eat alone at, or in smaller...
Read moreThe restaurant in this location only accepts walk-ins and we came on a Friday night and we were pleased to find space. The place is small but the service makes up for it, as our sushi arrived in 10 minutes maximum. We got the Party Super Maki set and although it was good, it didn’t have much variety. Two things that I believe would take the location to the next level is 1) providing separate plates where you can “rest” the sushi and 2) offering another option of soy sauce that is less salty. We paid 220 lei for the set, a big water and an Asahi beer. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it for a...
