THAIco SPA Radisson Blu — Local services in Bucharest

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing spa experiences I’ve had, instead of leaving relaxed, I left frustrated and uncomfortable. Despite arriving early (as I have been asked), my treatment started with a 30-minute delay. After the wrap was applied (partially and unevenly), I was wrapped in a cold, noisy blanket. When it was time to remove it, the therapist spent nearly 15 minutes trying to clean my body with a small towel and cold water, all while I was freezing. I was then invited to lie down for the massage on a bed with no towel on it, and had to specifically ask for one. Just as I thought the massage would finally begin, she started cleaning the room instead, removing towels, wiping surfaces, and throwing things away, while I was still lying on the massage bed, uncovered. I was stunned and deeply unsettled. I kindly asked her to stop and start my massage. At the end, when I shared my feedback with the receptionist, I was disappointed once again. Instead of offering empathy or accountability, she blamed the therapist for not informing her about the issues, and offered a small discount as the only gesture. For a spa that positions itself as premium, the experience lacked professionalism, warmth, and basic attention to guest comfort. Absolutely brilliant! The atmosphere, modern design, relaxation lounge, perfectly dimmed lighting, soothing music that takes you right in the middle of Thai oasis.

We had the honeymoon ritual. First of all, all the set-up, impressive bathtub, romance ambient, candles, scrubs, and everything included in this package is just beyond words..

Our massage therapist were excellent, friendly, professional, articulate – we started with a hammam therapy, followed by an exfoliation with delicious rose scrubs to remove the dead skin cells and then a luxurious bath with roses and milk along with Champagne and platter of fruits.

In the end we opt for the Thaico signature massage which is a full-body, deep-tissue, holistic treatment that uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood.

P.S : Attention to details is impressive, as me and my partner liked the chocolate last time, Linda remembered and welcomed us with some. What a great way to have a memorable experience.

Was great. Picked the couple option and went for the relaxing massage. The therapists were very receptive to feedback. The woman at the reception was very nice overall. And the place was much cleaner and higher end than what you would expect at this pricepoint.

The massage was good, exactly what is expected, i feel like new.

In the locker/bathroom there's shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, deodorant, q-tips (and some more stuff in the women locker, can't name half of it). You don't get such an equipped locker at even triple the price (looking at the big "spa" competitor in the same city)
