Labirint Hotel — Hotel in Bucharest

I had a nightmare experience at this hotel. It all started when I went to shower and tried to open the glass door, it exploded and all glass shattered on me. Luckily I had clothes on and didnt get much damage, but arms, hands, feet were bleeding. When I went to receptionist and asked for help, they gave one plaster for the wound and said the maid will clean the room. The maid came and saw what happened and left and never came back. She didnt even close the door. It was 5 hours before checking out. All this time I was forced to stay in the room full of broken glass. After we came to check out, the receptionist said "We will give you two options, 1. We must pay 50% price of the glass door (1500 RON) - They made it sound like a big favor since we had only need to pay half, despite the door could damage me heavily, 2. They will call police. We chose option 2. and they called police. The police came and asked me and them questions. The police said they lodged complaint which will maybe (or maybe not) come to myhome country, and then just left. The receptionist who gave me the "options" was some new guy who we never seen, and the "owner" and previous receptionist just sat and didnt say a word. Im truly shocked, and thought they would give me some compensation for the damage and offering me a room with already damaged door. I googled for sometime and found out that glass door in shower often breaks, due to temperature change from hot to cold and damage build up. Also the receptionist told to police "Our doors never broke before so its not possible its fault of our doors", which was very funny. They didnt care at all about my health and wellbeing and only wanted money for their broken door. Extremely rude people who only care about their money and...

Quite disappointed about my stay in this hotel. First, the room was not ready when I arrived, I had to wait fifteen minutes, despite the fact I arrived one hour after the check-in time. Then, I got two simple beds put together instead of a double bed as announced. It was acceptable at this point, but then the cleaning of the room was not good, there were hairs in the shower and hair in the bed, and paper toilet stuck in the toilet brush as well. The second day, I left the room at midday and put the sign "Please make the room", but when I came back at 11pm, the room was not made. In the room, things look a bit broken or "off". The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet itself, the lavabo was surprisingly low, the shower head was half broken. These are details I would not mind individually, but put all together and with this quality of service, I found the stay quite disappointing. Some hotels in Bucharest offered much better for a bit more money only. On a positive note, the breakfast was correct and air conditioning in...

SHOCKING HOTEL!! Where do I start arrived to be told are booking had not been made and wee had to pay again if not to leave...after 20 minutes of showing them emails and banking transactions and us basically saying we would go to police they happened to find are booking ..Was there 4 days and had 3 rooms first room there was a leak and ended up ruining all my 200 pack of cigarettes 2nd room electric kept going off 3rd room card wouldn't open the door and kept having to go to reception to get them to open door 🙃🙃 Watch out for the young chap who's there most days constantly over charging you caught him going through a womans handbag and let her know after she got out of toilet which she went ballistic of which he denied it then said I was lying then said he had actually put a brochure in there instead make ya own mind up with that one 🤷‍♂️ Had a tab that apon leaving wee paid which was around 3 times the actual amount soo...
