Trattoria Il Calcio Delea Veche — Restaurant in Bucharest

I ordered regularly from Il calcio and from various other places but never had I such a bad experience. Il calcio is 5 minutes drive from my home. I ordered as usual dinner. I was told 60 minutes. After 90 minutes nothing. I call them. They told my they check with the driver. I am not called back. After 10 minutes I call them back they tell me the driver has arrived. False, it arrived after other 15 minutes making the delivery time to 2 hours - double the one provided. If I would have been told from the beginning, I would have made other plans. And this is not all, the delivered food is cold as taken out from the fridge. How can the food be cold when you need 5 minutes to get to the location? I refused the food and called them back. No answer this time. Is this the right behavior with a regular customer or with any customer, in the end. In my case, I will never step a foot in any of their restaurants or make any order. The good: nice place, very nice outdoor area, friendly staff, kids entertainment corner, the mushroom soup was tasty. The bad: the food was overall bland, overpriced and not in accordance with my taste whatsoever (do not get the pasta with beef and mushrooms! choose anyhting else), the margarita had around 80% lemon juice and this negatively influenced the taste + the glass was a cosmopolitan type and was not filled.
