The only reason I didn't give the maximum score is because a staff member (not from housekeeping) entered my room while I was still in bed, and even though there was a DND sign on my door. Didn't even knock and scared the s... out of me. Other than that, the hotel has great rooms, with a mini bar available on request (there's a padlock on the door, so you need to ask for the key from reception, I suppose 🤷‍♀️). The bathroom is inside the room with glass walls, same as for all public toilets in the restaurant and conference room areas. I found that very interesting, as I've never seen it before in any hotel I've been. But it didn't bother me. Restaurant at the top floor has a great selection of dishes. Location is absolutely great, right in the heart of Bucharest, with access to metro and many POIs. Parking is limited, though, so you might need to organise this in advance with the hotel. All in all, I recommend this hotel 👍

I was here only for a 4h meeting. We had a poorly prepared lunch and the menu was fixed. Other companies had lunch at the same time, different menu, more appropiate. The meeting hall was small, for 12 pers, arranged in U shape. The coffee was terrible, but we had water and some cookies to join the coffee. The soop was ok, but the fish eggs not and the potatoes oily.

Rooms are cold, when I came in there was 17C in room, heating is based on only on external AC. Breakfast is in line with average 3 stara hotel. In eleveator you have to scan card to go to your room, but without problem you can use stairs to go up - fantastic security system! Here is picture of view from 5 star hotel. All in all it's veru good 3 star hotel!

To start with it was the worst experience we had at any hotel from the 28 countries that i visited. We were travelling by motorcycle and it was a very heavy rainy day. I asked through booking fast check in so we could change our clothes at least and then form papers etc. they said yes but when we reached the reception it was another story. We were soaking wet and we were asked to form papers at that instant proceed with the payment and copy our passports. We were 5 people so that took 20+ minutes. After the papers were filled and made the payment i have seen that i have been charged 80€ extra than the booking fee. When i confronted the receptionist for this he said that there was no mistake. I was furious with his answer cause all this time we were soaking wet at the front desk waiting for our keys although that they have agreed on a fast check in.. I had to contact booking in the end and they sorted it out. I got a full refund and then i was charged the right amount. All this story took 1:30 minutes. Roomside: it was not clean enough for a 5 star hotel. The balcony was not cleaned for months and it was filthy. The pillows were too soft and thin as paper. We payed for a 3 beds room and when we opened the door we saw 2 beds and 1 portable bed that was used a lot and broken. There were not even towels for the extra person.

Overall i would never choose to stay here again even if it was the last hotel...

I stayed at Marshal Garden hotel for a 2-day business trip. The overall experience was pretty positive, the room was clean and modern, ambient lighting was pretty nice, bathroom was functional and WiFi performance was very good. I also liked breakfast, the selection of products was pretty decent and taste/freshness were good, too! It's also worth noting that breakfast is served on the 6th floor, allowing for nice panoramic views. ||The hotel itself is located in a pretty busy area and most landmarks are a few minutes away by taxi. I did choose to walk from the Bucharest North train station to the hotel and it took me roughly 25 minutes.||On the downside, I was expecting that partially used shampoo and shower gel would be replenished, but it did not happen. I also noticed that housekeeping left my half empty coffee mug. For a hotel of its category, I would expect housekeeping to do a more meticulous job, but still this did not take anything away from the positive experience. ||Reception staff was very polite...

We had a family event organised there and all went great. It was during the pandemic and one of the main reasons we chose Marshal Garden, is the fact that they are very strict in respecting all the legal safety requirements. It is all very clean and even the most risk adverse guests told us they felt very safe. We appreciated that the offer included all we needed, from welcome drinks to the tasty cake, outsourced to Armand confectionery. The fruit bar was a surprise, as we did not expect it to have such a lovely design, with sculpted melons. Also, it was great that it included forest fruits. They were much appreciated! Should you organize a wedding there, you must know that having 2 rooms included in the offer is a huge plus. It makes everything much more easier. Last but not least, we appreciated their flexibility in offering solutions to various requirements we had and also in solving certain administrative aspects that arised. All in all, I...
