If you’re looking for a good quality semi-permanent manicure, avoid this place. While I had very high expectations for this place, the service was horrible and my nails looked so bad I started crying.

My appointment was supposed to start at 3:45pm and ended up starting 15 minutes late because the lady was on her lunch break. The whole thing was super rushed and she just didn’t pay any attention to detail whatsoever.

The nail tech also got super defensive when I told her that the shape she made on my natural nail is not what I asked for and she told me that it’s my fault for not explaining in more detail.

My cuticles also look horrible as I started bleeding and I have air patches under my nails as the base coat didn’t dry completely.

Rushed service - they only care about the money and turnaround. No regard for quality at all.

I visited this place in September 2020 and reqested the hairstylist to dye my hair full-length with a semi-permanent hair dye. Not only that she used a permanent hair dye (7 months later is still on - it's a fact) but the quality was really bad and destroyed my hair. I used to have long, healthy curly hair before using the services of Magic Salon Dorobanti and now it's all dry and frizzy and breaking off. I will have to wait 2 years (!!!!) to grow my healthy hair back. Furthermore, I found it completely unprofessional the way the hairdresser was talking about her "Dorobanti" clients. Nu recomand pentru makeup!

Desigur ca aveam pregatita o poza cu ceea ce vreau: pentru ochi un machiaj cat eyes (tus si nuante de nude pentru fard). Am avut un sentiment prost de cand mi-a spus ca nu imi da voie sa vad ce face pe parcurs si ca voi vedea la final rezultatul. Asa ceva nu ar trebui sa existe, makeup artistul ar trebui sa se consulte pentru toate deciziile cu clientul de la culori la linia de tus pe care o traseaza (va rog, pentru binele clientelor sa faceti ceva in privinta acestui aspect). A aplicat mai multe nuante de fard unele peste altele rezultatul fiind desigur un gri oribil fara nici o noima sau urma de nude. Linia de tus a fost acompaniata de o alta linie de fard negru mai groasa care in loc sa alungeasca ochiul, il facea sa para mai rotund decat este. Cand am cerut sa fie mai lunga “coada” liniei de tus mi s-a spus ca nu se poate face asa ceva intr-u cat pliul pleoapei nu ii permite. Fondul de ten a fost aplicat in strat foarte generos. Per total machiajul m-a facut sa par mai batrana si sa arat ca altcineva (exact asta a fost exprimarea parintilor mei cand m-au vazut). Am fost foarte dezamagita cand am vazut rezultatul final si probabil ca se vedea asta pe fata mea pentru ca toate angajatele din salon incercau sa imi ridice moralul si sa imi spuna ca sunt foarte frumoasa. Imi pusesem mari sperante in serviciul salonului avand in vedere ca urma sa merg la un eveniment foarte important pentru mine. Regret ca mi-a fost jena sa fiu sincera cu persoana care m-a machiat, nu ca ar fi avut timp sa mai schimbe ceva. Pretul este exorbitant de mare pentru ce ofera.
