Moise House - Kosher Aparthotel in Bucuresti — Hotel in Bucharest

This was, hands down, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in over a decade—definitely the worst since 2014 during a trip to Thailand. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid.

First of all, the room was nothing like the pictures online—dirty, poorly maintained, and far below basic standards. On top of that, the hotel was overcrowded and extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep all night due to large groups loudly socializing in the hallways with their room doors open until well past 3 a.m. It was total chaos and management did nothing to control the situation.

The listing also promised that breakfast was included, but when we arrived, we were told it was an extra €20 per person. That kind of surprise charge is dishonest and misleading.

To make matters worse, staff were not helpful at all—actually rude and borderline hostile when we raised concerns. The so-called customer service was non-existent.

Save yourself the stress and money—this place is not worth it. I would strongly advise...

We had a wonderful stay at Moise Kosher Hotel in Bucharest, which is conveniently located near all the main attractions in Bucharest.

The staff is fantastic, and the manager, Moise, is exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a large fridge, oven, and washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient.

The food was excellent! The kosher breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The on-site grocery store and takeout options were very convenient. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a variety of great dishes. We ate dinner there throughout our stay, trying something different each night. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous.

In summary, our experience at the Hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed kosher stay...

האכזבה הכי גדולה שחוויתי בחיי מ "מלון"... זה הכי רחוק שיכול להיות ממלון... התארחנו קבוצה של 10 אצל מוישה האוס בשבת שלאחר ראש השנה בדרך מאומן לישראל. מה שקרה זה שהרבה מאוד אנשים פספסו טיסות ביום שישי הזה מה שגרם לאנשים לחפש אלטרנטיבה לשבת. עד כאן הכל בסדר..מוישה האוס ברוב "רחמיו" החליט שהוא מוכר לאנשים אוכל לשבת (שגם זה סה"כ בסדר).. אבל עד לסעודת השבת הראשונה לא בדיוק הבנו מה קרה.. התברר שהחצוף מכר כמויות מטורפות של האוכל והשתייה שהיו אמורים להיות שלנווו! של האורחים שהזמינו מקומות חודשיים מראש. (אגב אין לי בעיה ואפילו אני בעד לעזור לאנשים שפספסו טיסות בערב שבת ואין להם מה לאכול) אבל לעשות קופה על חשבון אלה שסמכו עליך וציפו לקבל שבת מהסרטים ובסוף קיבלו כאפה??? . הוא מכר סוגי סלטים שהיו אמורים להיות בסעודות שבת. והשאיר לנו טחינה. כרוב. וסלט ירקות..כשגם מיזה אם מישהו ביקש עוד אמרו אין. נגמר. מה לעשות? הדגים שהוגשו לנו היו לא מבושלים בכלל. והשיא הכי גדול שקיבלנו קערת מרק עם חצי כנף כל אחד..כן כן חצי כנףףף!!!😤🤦‍♂️ (כל זה כבר בסעודה ראשונה כן??) היה שם איזה אחראי שפשוט עשה מאיתנו צחוק וצחק לנו בפנים. תוך כדי שהוא עובר ליד השולחן שלנו לוקח מהחלה של הברכה נותן ביס ומשאיר את השאר על השולחן שלנו כאילו אנחנו מכירים אותו מאיפה שהוא... הבטיחו בבוקר עוגות/עוגיות קפה וכו' ופתחו את החדר אוכל רק בעשרים ל10 וכמובן לא עוגות ולא עוגיות... כל זה בזמן שכולם מצטופפים בשטח של הכניסה כדי להתפלל למרות שקבענו שעת תפילה שיפתחו לנו ונוכל להתפלל. סעודה שניה בשבת הוגשה רק משעה 13:30..איפה מגישים בבית מלון סעודה שניה ב13:30???? אפשר להמשיך ולרשום שעות על הזלזול המחפיר שעברנו שם.. ממליץ מאודדד לחשוב פעמיים ושלוש לפני שמתקרבים למקום הזוועתי הזה.. גנבים זאת...
