The Urbanist — Restaurant in Bucharest

Well, today was the second failed attempt to be here. The first time we've been there last summer, we chose a table and stayed there for 20 minutes, and nobody noticed us, so we had to leave. Today we've been there for a brunch. They wrote on facebook and even on a blackboard outside that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I haven't found any menu online so I had to believe them, but there was no food on the menu abd I saw some sandwiches in a shelf and that was it. I'm pretty sorry to see this because I was really excited to go there, since they have a nice looking place and I've seen some good reviews regarding the food and the staff. Maybe it would be helpful to put the menu somewhere online, to know what to expect from...

There is a category that describes best this place. It's my kind of place! Very nice hip place with craft beer to serve, small and cosy, there are not so many places where you can serve Zaganu beer with good music in your ears. They have themed playlists like 80s 90s hip-hop, rnb and on Saturdays and Sundays they stick with minimal. I didn't check the menu for food but I expect they have some, cakes included. very cool concept store and coffeeshop. I didn’t care for the clothing offered, but found everything else to be pretty great. They play deep and minimal house music and serve alcoholic beverages as well as coffee at this location. I tried the urbanist cappuccino, which is with their homemade syrup. It was subtly sweet and decently balanced. I found the space to be comfortable and welcoming, ideal for a chat but not necessarily for larger groups. I also enjoyed sitting in the chair swing.
