Palace Bulevard Inn — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

Avoid this hotel! The parking space in the street was almost full, and the hotel does not have its own place to unload luggage. Parking a few hundred meters away from the hotel can not be paid by card, only with 5 and 10 RON bills. It was a very big problem to change money for such an amount.

There is no AC in the rooms, but ordinary fans. In the summer, when the temperature was over 30 degrees, the rooms were over 27 degrees. Fans stir but do not reduce the temperature, it was impossible to sleep.

Staff uninterested in the needs of customers; at this temperature they turned off the fan in our room when cleaning! There were only small towels in my room, there is no handle in the shower, which for an elderly person is a risk of falling, and there is no shelf for the big bottle of shampoo that falls down when washing. The rooms are in the patio overlooking the corridor, where people talk at night, it is noisy. No one from the staff cares.

This is a hotel completely different from the description, not comfortable,...

Palace Bulevard Inn is the definition of terrible hospitality. My flight was canceled two months in advance, giving them plenty of time to rebook the room, but they flat-out refused to refund me. They didn’t care at all and just hid behind their non-refundable policy, basically taking my money for nothing. Their responses were cold, condescending, and completely dismissive.

This place doesn't care about guests – just squeezing every last cent from you. If you expect even basic decency or understanding, go somewhere else. They won’t lift a finger to help you. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away...

Appalling - ripped off. Booked 2 rooms. Turned up to be told there was one room. Showed booking confirmation for 2 rooms with 2 names - one for each room. Told again one room. Told for a 3rd time, nothing could be done, there's one room. It would be entirely inappropriate to share a bed with my manager so he made alternative arrangements. When they released it was their mistake 2 hours later, did they offer a refund? No. They refused. Under no circumstances was I getting a refund for their huge error and massive inconvenience. I hope they enjoy the €55 they ripped that won them this review. Stupid horrible...
