Restaurant Hermania — Restaurant in Sibiu

Me and my husband had a portion of snitzels with roasted potatoes, a portion of burger with fries and an apple strudel.

Thing is, the "nice" waiter forgot to bring us the apple strudel and on top of that charged us with it and even tried to blame me for it saying "Oh you should've cancelled your dessert order after the meals", this was actually a joke of an experience at a joke of a restaurant, I never thought a restaurant would try this scam on their clients. I'll recommend everybody TO NOT try it unless they wanna have this scam pulled on them. Food was also pretty bland and overpriced for what it offered. I honestly can cook better than that.

Waiters like this honestly deserve to be replaced by self paying machine devices in the near future.

And the manager is not gonna take any measurements about it, there's plenty of people who complained about this atrocious customer service and they keep on saying they'll fix it but...

Unfortunately I have to criticize this restaurant because of the lack of respect they have shown to their customers. After some other customers left, one of the waiters verbally started to curse them in front of us, while we were eating. We got 2 drinks and our meals, then the waiters completely forgot about us, with only 3 tables being occupied during that time. We wanted another drink and maybe some deserts but they didn't even bother to come to our table to ask if we want anything. They were having dinner on another table enjoying themselves, acting like customers. I think this is unnaceptable, it shows lack of respect and we won't be coming back soon. The restaurant has a cozy and friendly atmosphere, with a fireplace and a mezzanine. The staff are dressed in Saxon costumes and are very attentive and helpful, don’t always write down the order properly though.

The food is mostly delicious and hearty, made from fresh and high-quality ingredients, some of them from their own production. You can choose from a variety of dishes, such as smoked trout, trout roe salad, trout vegetable spread, carp roe salad, aubergines spread, and pork roast. The portions are generous and the prices are very good. The restaurant also has a good selection of wines and beers. The only downside was that my Schnitzel wasn’t quite through on one side.
