Pensiunea Central Sibiu — Hotel in Sibiu

I made an online reservation in advance for a group. I was allowed to cancel it 3 days before arrival. Almost one month before arrival, I received notice that the group was no longer travelling to Sibiu so I canceled the reservation. Two minutes after I received an angry call from the owner telling me that he does not like "jokes" like this and kept telling me for minutes basically how it's my fault that he might not reserve all the rooms. I have booked a room via an internationa site and had the confirmation of the booking, including an exchange of messages. 10 days before our staying, I got an SMS from them asking me to cancel my booking, as something interfered in their schedule. The made no effort to find something else instead, just told us a name of another property in the neibourghood, that we were suppose to contact and which was anyway fully booked.
