Faust Cafe — Restaurant in Sibiu

The place is really nice and food/drink that actually arrived was pretty good, but our order got completely messed up. We ordered passion fruit punch that was delicious and strawberry mule that either had no strawberries in it, or bartender got it mixed up with the regular moscow mule which was honestly weird because on the bill in the end it said strawberry. For lunch we ordered halloumi, grilled salmon and pizza faust, but unfortunately pizza was forgotten and we got just the first two. Those were delicious, but we were pretty disappointed that the order got messed up. The waiters were polite and asked if we wanted to wait for pizza additionally, but we lost patience. I believe this place can be a lot better if the staff spoke...

I would give them no stars if that was an option. The slowest service I've seen, we waited for ages, no consideration when we asked for a bowl of water for our dog (26⁰), I literally had to go to the bar myself and put water in an ashtray as they kept saying they would bring and 1 hour later we still didn't have it. Then the barman changed his mind as said he had nothing to put water in but in any case I should wait for him to finish doing all orders first. Obviously the water never came. The waitress was way over her head although the terrace was not even half full. Prices are extortionate as well. Will...

The food was excellent ! Good quality I ordered goat cheese salad and salmon with grilled veggies the taste was really good and the tartar sauce also. But the only problem that made me rate it with 4 stars instead of 5 was that we waited for literally one hour to get our plates and they forgot our water bottle that we ordered in the first place and in the end...
