One of the interesting things to see at northeast end of Revolution Square in Moscow is the Monument of Karl Marx, which faces Teatralny Proezd, Theatre Square and the famous Bolshoi Theatre.

Marx is depicted as an aged yet and capable thinker. He is with full beard, right arm braced against the granite block as if he is leaning forward. His fist is clinched indicate seriousness and determination. In front of the monument in Russian are the words 'workers of the world unite'

This is an nice monument to view. Less conventional in shape and form, it makes for interesting sightseeing for those who enjoy viewing monuments and statues as well as those who appreciate...
