Loomi — Restaurant in Meshchansky District

I don't write reviews bcuz i don't want to hurt a business, but this is by the far worse experience in my life. The waiter barely spoke any Eng. It took almost 30 mins to get the appetizer, and She made a mistake. they brought hummus w/ meat. My sister doesn't eat meat, so i asked for the food to be fixed. They scrabed the meat off and gave the plate back with meat's oil all over the hummus. I tried to get any waiter attention but they didn't want to deal with me. I asked for the manager. She was extremely rude. She told us to pay and take our food and never come back😂 (as if we want to come back). She clearly doesn't have class or...

The food is ok but service is slow, apparently because the restaurant is understaffed. We were a group of 8 and the staff was struggling to attend to us and other guests, they got our dishes wrong and served some of them very late. We were surprised when they said that are out of still water and orange juice. even sparkling water, coke and other juices were served late and warm, we had to ask for ice 2 times before getting it. The staff were trying to serve but were clearly stressed from the work load. I hope the management finds a way to improve...

"I have visited this restaurant more than once; I even went there twice during my trip last year. I really enjoyed the lentil soup, and while the manakish was good, I probably won't order it again. The hummus with meat, fattoush, and other dishes were delicious. I wanted to try their breakfast, but they open quite late. I hope they consider adjusting the hours. Overall, it's worth a visit, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Moscow. One small note: I wasn't fond of the kitchen being in the same space, as the cooking smells tend to cling to...
