We stayed for 15 days in Aug 2021 ,an interim layover for onward journey to US, The hotel is in the city center. Bed and breakfast suited us. Chef Milan was more than helpful with food for our toddler.

Lunch and dinner you need to place a request a day in advance.

We explored the native cuisine outside.

We had a toddler with us and they provided us a play pen on request.

Efficient housekeeping, but they were running out of bath towels for some reason, more often. Kudos to Maya n Co for their support towards extra care in cleaning the room, cause we had a toddler.

The wait time for lift is something to be desired for, taking the steps is quicker. There is only one lift for all ( housekeeping staff, workers and guests).

The AC system broke for more than a day over a weekend and surprised they did not have emergency support with the OEM on weekends , We had to wait until Monday for AC to be repaired. It was a stressful experience.

The front desk, is one of the best I have come across, kudos to Maria...she is an encyclopedia...just close your eyes and follow her advise ; your stay in Belgrade will be made worthy.

The restaurants, parks, currency exchange, site seeing, car rental, taxi, food delivery services, super markets......no need of Google, Just reach out to Maria!

I was surprised on not seeing the kettle to heat water in the room; I learnt that they had specifically removed the kettles from Indian guests , since few of our fellow citizens made noodles and boiled eggs in them( can't blame the hotel staff) , but atleast they could have been considerate to offer one because we had a toddler. But they offered to provide hot water and heat the milk every time when we needed, just that I had to come down 4-5 times a day to the ground floor.

Smooth check in and check out. All...

Mostly I would really recommend this place since my stay here was very comfortable and I have choose it because it was one of the few hotels left available at my dates 😅

Staff was friendly and assist me regarding my additional request Good cleaning that wasn’t missed a day despite me being a late bird to wake up Very nice rooms with pleasant design and all amenities that I would need

Although there was few thing that I would like them to improve: For my experience, it was kinda strange to charge the guest for each cup of tea or coffee that they could make in the room, I guess it’s their policy but still.. Very strange prohibition about bringing outside food to the room. When I tried to get an explanation from the reception about it, they told that it’s “some kind of law that makes them guilty if I would had a food poisoning because of the outside food in their hotel”. It was not my first time in Belgrade, so I heard this rule for the first time and was very confused by it. Breakfast area is really small - one room with the buffet line and about 6-7 tables which mostly are occupied, and if you want to have a refill or take something additional you have to really squeeze through other people And the last, I have ordered transfer for departure during check-in and prepaid it. Buuuut it seems that they forgot to order it, because when I arrived at hotel for my transfer, it was missing for about 10 minutes and when the car has arrived I had to bring my luggage to the car (when at arrival the driver took it the moment he saw me) and put it to the car by myself again, after what the receptionist passed the money to the driver. So it seems I just had a city cab instead of...

Mark is a place where I can always return to and feel like home! I have stayed there 4 times now, and every time it only gets better. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and very efficient too!

The check in process is very quick and smooth, with someone there even at night. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is always great and probably is one of the best parts— with a variety of fresh salt, salty, hot and cold dishes.

Of course, a special note about the location. Very close to absolutely everything I need: fitness class, grocery store, my favorite cafe, and the center of the city. The location itself could give the hotel all of the stars! You don’t need a taxi unless you are going somewhere actually far because it is located at the heart of everything. When I had my flight in the evening, I was able to do everything I needed in time because I could just walk all-around very quickly. So, I highly recommend Mark if you are someone who likes to walk everywhere!! You can also walk to the main historical places

Beyond that, if you ever need special assistance and help there is always someone to resolve it for you. Everyone is very easy to communicate with, especially if you do it ahead of time.

Thank you so much for everything and I can’t wait to stay here again during my trips...

Room was very nice size, bed too. Very spacious and clean. Service was very good. However, the water tank in the bathroom was not working properly and had constant flow of water, sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker. The only way for me to sleep was to close the bathroom door and even then I could hear it occasionally. I did not ask for another room because I was there for several days only and I couldn’t be bothered to complain and I was sure they knew about the issue anyway. Whoever steps into that room, had to hear that water running. Also, first in my life I had to pay for the coffee in the room, even one of them was left on the bed, next to the pillows. Apparently, coffee there is considered as a part of mini bar. When I went downstairs and asked if I could have a coffee downstairs , I was told they can’t do it and advised to go across the street, which I did and enjoyed a great cappuccino, banana bread and excellent service. Staff were very nice and friendly and I enjoyed interacting with them. Very efficient too. Overall, I liked the location, hotel and the staff and I would recommend it. I enjoyed being there.

This hotel is well positioned in the centre of Belgrade. There are parking spots in front of the hotel which costs 15 euro. Friendly reception staff , speaking english. Smoking is allowed in the lobby.Rooms are normal size, as well as bathroom. Dogs are allowed. Room needs serious refreshing, as the carpet, walls are dirty. There were free of charge bottle of water, but for first time i saw 4-star hotel to ask to pay coffee capsules , provided in the room with the coffee machine. Mind also that on the street in front of the hotel passing tram and this noise is very strong from early morning till late night. Breakfast was nice. We like it. As a conclusion - if they make renovation of the room and provide free coffee capsules , whole experience in the hotel will be close to other 4-star hotels around the world.

We enjoyed our four nights at the Mark Hotel. Even though it was about a 15-20 minute flat walk to the Old Town, this is reasonable in Belgrade. The rooms were good. We were facing the street so you do get some tram noise. It didn't bother us and we left the window open all night rather than use the air conditioning. There are quite a few eateries close by and a large Idea supermarket just down the street. Breakfast was in the basement and quite nice. The staff were all really lovely.
