All in all: Not good, not recommendable, there are better places in Belgrade.

I played the Japan room which needs maintenance immediately! You cannot play a room where keys don't open because of faulty mechanism and buttons don't respond because they are old and misused. The room was dirty when we entered also. Quizzes were fine, if it weren't for faulty elements in the room.

The staff does not speak English, or were too lazy to try (!!!), all advice needed to be translated by friends. There's no place to safely store your valuables when you arrive, so you either take your wallet or phone with you in the room or leave it there, where anyone can enter (door is not locked neither downstairs nor upstairs).

Staff unprofessional, clients pay 4000RSD for good service, not to have the informal treatment you have with your friends at home. If one is to present a room, at least you have to know beforehand what you are...

Can't talk about all of the rooms but the "Enigma" was the one I had visited and it's not for the first-timers. As expected, WW2 is the theme and interestingly, all of the written clues are in German (it is helpful if you know a little because phones aren't allowed once you're inside). With a whole hour on your hands, you have to find the Enigma and use it to escape before the time runs out. Although very entertaining, it was frustrating at times since some segments of the puzzle tend to be sensitive and you have to be very precise at placing certain parts or else it not going to work. Luckily for those who aren't big fans of history, the game is still very much playable. The staff is welcoming and eager to help whenever it's needed. Escape rooms are a nice idea for a date or a friend's outing, even for a birthday celebration if it fits...

We played Laboratory room and it was great! It's known as the hardest one of all EscapeGame's rooms and for a good reason. We managed to solve the puzzles in the nick of time with less than 4 minutes to spare. The puzzles are really cool and interesting! We were a little bummed out that we had to ask for help, but game master told us that in over the year she's been there nobody got out completely on their own. Props to the game master, she is nice, cheerful and knows how to guide the game. I definitely recommend this place and room! Though if you're a beginner I think you should pick a different room as...
