Sushi was genuinely bad. We ordered the sushi set, special roll with avocado, salmon, cream cheese and mango and a regular salmon sushi. When we ordered the sushi it came suspiciously fast. The sushi set had all the different smaller type of sushis. The egg inside the sushi looked burned and tasted very dry. The avocado tasted sour. The imitation crab tasted very old. The salmon inside one of the sushi set pieces did not taste right, the texture was weirdly chewy.
Even the special roll I had did not taste good. U could barely taste the mango and some pieces completely lacked mango. Plus everything was overpowered by the sheer volume of cream cheese. We also both had a slight upset stomach after eating the sushi.
The sushi is bad at best and for the price this quality is absolutely not ok. I hope they will be able to improve their quality and make some fresh sushi, because supermarket sushi tastes better than this.
There was also weird music playing very loudly inside the restaurant. Service was fine but they did explicitly ask if I wanted to “add service” (a tip) when I payed.

Read morePho - the broth was way too weak, meat inedible, didn't get any beansprouts, Thai basil, lime, and when I asked for extra chili I got dried chili flakes mixed with salt. Don't think any of the staff have heard of sriracha either. Although I'd like an explanation of half a hard boiled egg I got on the side. (maybe the cook got ramen with pho mixed and just overcooked the egg? That doesn't make any sense either)
From someone who has tried dozens (maybe a hundred) of different pho's and had been to Vietnam - one of the worst ones is being prepared here in Koshi sushi. Especially considering the price 6,90€ for 0,5l bowl.
The only good thing about this place was the kind and smiling waitress, whom I couldn't even be mad at for not having the required food knowledge.
To management: please work on authenticity of your dishes, train your staff so they can at least pronounce the dishes right, and don't expect people to continue paying nearly astronomical (speaking of standards in Kosice) prices for mediocre...

I couldn't understand why he need to ask this, for what? I am Japanese and I felt if I was not probably he dosen't want to we enter restaurant.
Secondly, we odered ramen it was not ramen. I know it is difficult to learn or make exactly same things in Japan. However, it was more like Thailand soup. I don't know who is the owner, probably not Japanese. It's difficult because it has to be made to suit the tastes of the local people. But I didn't feel that they are trying to learn it. Actually, I didn't care how the taste, but they need to respect the Culture!
However, one young guy could speak English and he was normal person. And restaurant is good...
