Apartments Rooms Kocijancic — Hotel in Bled

I arrived in the accommodation at 21:30 after spending the evening doing clothes washing, hung up my clothes and went to sleep, as well as 2 of my other friends who were already asleep after a tiring 9 hour train journey. I was in bed at 22:30 as well as another friend who was staying downstairs. One of our friends came up the stairs, as silently as he could, after seeing his girlfriend and took his shoes off, to make as little noise as possible, going up the stairs. We woke up to a text the next morning telling us we had to check out by 10a.m. The reason being we caused far too much noise the previous night. The only noise caused was our friend lightly walking upstairs and it’s not his fault if the structural integrity of the stairs in the apartment isn’t fit to be used quietly all day. We know for sure there was another group staying there, who we did not know, and they were definitely making plenty of noise to be fair to the hostess. But the hostess had no cause to kick us out, yet we were booted out on to the street for no good reason with no compensation for having no accommodation for the following two nights and given 30 minutes notice to leave the accommodation. We were charged for a nights stay and cleaning fee of €50, even though the place was cleaner than when we had arrived. I couldn’t recommend less as it seems to be a scam and they were not reasonable with our request to reduce the cleaning fee or nullify it, they would not hear us out at all. We arrived last night at around 8pm after a long day of travelling from Budapest, so we were all very tired and myself and my friend went to sleep at 9pm. 2 of my other friends were in bed by around 10:30 and another friend went to visit his girlfriend, and came in quietly and respectfully up the stairs at around 2 in the morning. Myself and my 4 friends woke up to a very hostile message explaining that we made far too much noise last night and were asked to leave in the next hour. We were all very puzzled as the noise was coming all from the other room, but we were not listened to and were treated very rudely. A €50 cleaning fee was included in our fee, even though the place was left as clean as we got it.
