Lakeview Guesthouse & Chalet — Hotel in Bled

Around October, there are many other lodging options that is closer to main street. It is up on a hill (kind of hard to locate) and I was "upgraded" to the 4th floor. Our original room was 1st floor with the view of island but "private bathroom", owner said, is across the hall (it did not say that on my booking). Unfortunately, we had to climb 4 flight of stairs with our luggage and the view from our room blocks the island. The room had no TV & our "private bathroom" was by chance bcz the other room was vacant, otherwise, we'd be sharing it. Bring an evening picnic and sit on your own terrace (ground floor rooms) with the fantastic views all to yourself!
