Potičnica — Restaurant in Bled

Beautiful Café with nice view, quite overpriced, because why not? This is literally the only Café aka choice on this island :p 4€ macchiato, which tastes burnt. 3€ for a small piece of potica, which is DRY AF and the outside layer already kind of fell off. The walnuts one is besides the slight sweetness really flavourless, bland and boring, the flavour of salty potica with cheese and leek is good though(thanks to the leek and cheese). I have no problem with expensive foods,as long as flavour and price match —— unfortunately here not at all. Don't buy the cakes on this island, save your money to buy some potica from local bakery.

The service is friendly and fast (from my experience).

The toilet-use costs 1€, regardless of whether you ordered foods here or not. But(?) if you already bought the combi-ticket for this island (church,exhibition visit etc), you can scan the code of the ticket to use the toilet free FOR ONCE, this is really an inhuman poor setting.

Lousy ice cream man with attitude problem. I ordered two scoops of ice (Bled cream and chocolate hazel nut) on 25th Oct 2023 around 10.30am). But he claimed that I ordered another scoop of vanilla ice cream which I didn’t do so. He insisted I did order it but perhaps he had mistaken it with the previous order from another customer before me because obviously he was not mindful in accepting the order. He argued with me with very bad attitude until my another friend absorbed that 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream by paid him 3 Euro. After that, the previous customer who placed the vanilla ice cream order went back to him to claim back the short change of money that being returned by him because he had done wrong mathematical calculation. The bartender has been really rude, he gave us the wrong order and then he refused to correct it, because he told us he was already preperaring it. He was really pissed too and told us he askd if we wanted hot tea or cold ( i just asked for a normal one, the cold bottle one), the problem it's that he asked us with the strongest axcent as possible, and we probably and obviusly did not understeand him. He charged us 5 euros and refused to correct the order. Really...
