Pension TTT — Hotel in Bled

We stayed at this hotel for one night while driving through this area visiting family. The hotel was easy enough to find. There is parking in the front and back of the hotel, which is located in more of a neighborhood off the busy streets.||||We were greeted promptly and the staff was very, very helpful and kind. We had two rooms at this property; a king room for 2 people; and a double room for 1 person. There was one flight of stairs that we had to go up with our belongings to get to our room, which was not difficult.||||The room was sufficient; but definitely not glamorous. The door for the room connecting to the hallway is pretty thin and light; thus any noise was easily heard through it. ||||The bed was extremely comfortable and had built in tables on each side for your things during the night - very helpful. There was also a small table in front of the window in our room, along with a closet.||||The bathroom was also sufficient with the basics. It worked for our needs for the one night. ||||The hotel is located about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the lake, so easily accessible. We asked the hotel staff upon our arrival for a recommendation at a local restaurant, and they provided us one that was not as touristy as perhaps other places. We found it without any challenges and enjoyed the recommendation.||||The only challenge is that this hotel did not have any air conditioning as I had originally had researched - I thought it had. With the hotel summer months we were traveling, A/C is a welcomed luxury. And the night we were at the hotel was exceptionally hot. Yes we had the window open to let in a breeze, however that means that you hear everyone outside that is enjoying their patios on a Saturday evening with a few friends + beer; along with cars driving by. That was the only challenge during our stay, thus we didn't get an entire night's rest. ||||The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! The staff was tremendously attentive; there was a great selection - and they also cooked eggs to order. We loved this! Очень приветливый хозяин, по приезду разговорились про местную кухню и он нас угостил сливовицей. Посоветовал, где лучше поужинать традиционной словенской кухней. Номер простой со старой мебелью, но чистый, белье цветное, простое. До озера идти недалеко, минут 8-10 спокойным шагом. Красота необыкновенная. ||- Комната была на 2-м этаже в конце коридора. Кровать на двоих, но составленная из 2-х, немного неудобно спать. Кран в ванной постоянно проскальзывает в руках, мокрыми руками трудно закрыть. Завтрак – это нечто. На столе лежал набор консервов – джемов и паштетов, масло. Также на маленьком блюдце несколько тонюсеньких и узеньких полосочек сыра, хлеб с рогаликами. На отдельном столе стояли йогурты, яблоки, бананы и в тарелке лежал помидор и перец целиком. Сотрудница нам предложила небольшую тарелку с нарезанной салями, мы отказались, т.к. колбасы не едим. Ничего больше не принесли. Мы стали есть паштет из консервы с хлебом. Поскольку более ничего не было, мы спросили можно ли взять перец, она нам разрешила и мы стали сами его чистить, доставать косточки, нарезать тупым ножом, и 1 помидор тоже. Хозяйка вышла и предложила еще паштета, мы отказались. Больше ничего нам не было предложено. Пока мы пили чай, пришла семейная пара, говорящая на немецком языке. Через 5 мин. им принесли горячее - по 2 зажаренных яйца. Мы, конечно, сидели в недоумении, что нам этого не предложили, мы бы съели с удовольствием.
