Mount Lodge Humewood — Hotel in Eastern Cape

A very pleasant stay for three days. Rooms have all one needs for a guest house. Good value for money. Friendly, accommodating service and a willing attitude to assist with small requirements. The breakfast served in the dining room was all one could desire. The only thing that could be adapted is the fact that breakfasts don't get served on weekends which I was not aware of upon booking. Don't know if I missed that detail in the initial Booking.com advert. Although breakfast was made for us on Saturday and Sunday but served in your room. I'm really not a fan of that. A thank you still goes out for a very friendly service and good value for money. I have stayed there on average 2 nights per month for the last 6months. I have always been greeted warmly by Nathan (manager/owner) who always takes the time to chat when I arrive after driving 3hrs from PE. Nathan is always on hand and cooks the breakfasts personally and on order. The rooms are spacious/neat and the property is secure and in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
