I was honestly just so disappointed. I arrived there at 20:50, I saw that they had started packing the chairs and getting ready to close. I felt really bad to actually “dine in”, yet they still offered to take us. After this the attitude from the staff was quite obvious. The music had been put louder and louder. The waiter was on her cellphone most of the time and I had difficulty getting her attention. I made a mistake whilst ordering and ended up with two meals ( although if they looked on the camera, i was desperately trying to get the waiter’s attention as i was a bit confused because it was my first time eating there.) When our food arrived, I was obviously confused over the extra meal, the waiter (when i eventually got her attention) was really annoyed by the fact that I was confused over the extra meal. I ended up not having an issue and just took that as a takeaway, although i wish they would’ve helped me or maybe even asked “are you sure you want to have two meals?” I could not get the waiter’s attention at the end to receive our bill, so much so that I thought we had to pay at the front. Please do keep in mind that there were only TWO of us and the restaurant was completely empty (maybe there is a good reason for that). Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service we received during our visit to Rocker Mamas (Shop 6, Dolphins Leap Centre) today, your staff refused to honor a valid voucher presented through an app.
The voucher clearly stated that we were entitled to a R50 discount, but your staff claimed it was not their problem and that they were unaware of the partnership. We provided evidence of the partnership, but they still refused to accept the voucher.
To make matters worse, your staff became aggressive and threatened to call the police , which I had no issues with as i was not in the wrong!Eventually, we were forced to pay the full bill, but the experience left a sour taste.
I request that you investigate this incident and take necessary steps to ensure that your staff are aware of and honor valid vouchers presented through your partner apps.

Read moreI am very disappointed by the service that my friends and I were offered at the Roco Mamas Dolphins Leap. I'm not happy at all with the waitress her name was Danice or Bianca not sure though that was serving us. At first, she threw the main course, and my chips fell down, but I didn't take that as an offense, but what makes me mad the most is that we waited almost an hour(45 minutes)for our dessert. I would have understood if there was a busy.
