Absolutely shameful conduct by the manager- Adriaan - cancelling a booking for a workshop to be run by 2 international trainers that we invited to South Africa three days before the event. We frequently use the facility for training and dedided to use it again for our international guests. The booking was confirmed with our Jhb agent last Sunday while she was at the venue but the owner decided to change the way he does business with us three days before the event.
