Their Mews system counted me R3606 for three nights and when I arrived their don't desk said the system won't count it so I need to pay. But when I received bank credit card bill, I also provided the bill list to C.A.G showed them C.A.G no matter their Mews system or front desk, they did count me TWICE. And I already sent the mail to them for two days, no reply.
I also feedback to agoda and C.A.G. reply to agoda say they didn't count me twice.
All the emails from C.A.G. and how come they tell the customers they using Mews system and do not worry the information will be safe, and now their system got problems no reply to customers.
R3606 even it is a small amount, but their action made me feel bad.

I esclated to the corporate office and received a call today from CAG's CEO (Nick Cooke). Mr. Cooke personally ensured me that all of my issues and concerns were addressed. He acknowledged the issues and I assume he took the necessary steps to rectify the problems. That's FIVE STARS customer service. Will provide a final critique once I check-out next week.    Read morePerfectly located close to restaurants and clubs in a lively part of town. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, although the furniture is starting to look very used . There is little attention to detail, eg. only one hook in the bathroom area to hang up towels. There was no air conditioner in the apartment and the bedroom has no window to let in fresh / cooler air. We tried to cool the apartment down by opening the small windows in the living room, but cigarette smoke from the neighbouring balconies came into our apartment.
