There are some amazing things for kids to ponder. My kids loved the experience!
For us as parents, we were frustrated because the rules online say they manage how many people are on the floor per session but the route bottle necks at certain displays and the staff make no effort to ensure that everyone is getting fair time at the specific piece. Since people are people and it takes all kinds to make up a world, you get stuck behind entitled families who think they can repeat turns ahead of you and those parents do not care that your little ones need a turn as well. Then photo and selfie junkies think they have a planned photo shoot and spend far too much time posing to get the 100th perfect picture. I was disappointed with the number of people and children touching these things and no sanitizer in sight. I watched someone sneeze all over the puzzles and took that as our cue to move on. We were relieved to get out and be away from the crowds. All in all, while the kids talked about it a lot and loved it, we felt that it was an expensive family outing that frustrated us due to unmanaged numbers...
