Flamingo Unit 304 — Hotel in Sea Point

Very clean, modern and comfortable just like the pictures. A great location just a few minutes walk from the main Sea Point promenade and plenty of shops for groceries etc.. All amenities you need in the apartment and a lovely view of lions head from the balcony. Parking is available on the street outside for a minimal fee. It got a bit noisy in the mornings but you can expect this with the location and we were out most of the day. Also a compact design so if you have lots of luggage or are staying for a while, maybe try a bigger place. (We stayed in unit 805). Otherwise...

This apartment is conveniently located walking distance to the sea point promenade, mojo market and lots of restaurants and cafes. 304 was decorated very nicely, we liked that it had Netflix and a coffee station set up. The appliances are new and of great quality. The host communicated clearly and assisted us when needed. I would highly recommend this unit especially compared to the others in the building. Spent two nights at this amazing apartment. Very neat and had everything I needed. A lot of thought was put into the finer detail of the apartment. I felt at home the minute I walked in. The appliances are extremely modern and top of the range. I woke up to a beautiful view of Lion’s Head where I would enjoy my coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views. I was able to safely walk to beach, shops, restaurants and Mojo market. A perfect location and will definitely be back. I highly recommend...
