TERRIBLE. When I booked the woman was so sweet and friendly. She ONLY told me to send a proof of payment, which I did immediately. She acknowledged receipt of it. She calls me the next day, rudely, to say that she has not received my payment, and that other people want to book and that if the payment has not reflected, she has to give it away. I told her she did not tell me to make an instant payment or inform me of the policy. She threatened with lawyers etc that this is just their policy?! She had to tell me first? She had nothing to say to any facts I told. I am so mad. I made reference to section 40 of the consumer protection act. Also she definitely has no lawyers - you're going to spend thousands on a lawyer over a R550 booking?! A liar and a scam. She still has my money. She blocked me on WhatsApp. I have screenshots of everything.
