Cappello Florida Road — Restaurant in Windermere

It was absolutely HORRIBLE, the food wasn't nice at all, we ordered the meat platter. It was awful, it was cold, the chips were cold and seemed like they have been done 3 hours ago. The milkshakes were absolutely horrible. I won't even mention the Nachos, they should just take that off their menu cz whoever does them has no clue what they are doing, out of all the horrible things I've had, it was the worst. The service was terrible, we had to wait for soooo long for our food, the waitress was nowhere to be found, she took 30 minutes just to go get our bill. I recently accompanied a friend to a DJ competition at Capello on Florida road was extremely disappointed by the way it was conducted. The organizer did not provide an equal opportunity for all participants to showcase their talents. The requirement to play for 2 minutes is insufficient to truly demonstrate a DJ's potential and versatility.

Moreover, the organizer exerted excessive control, dictating what participants should do rather than allowing them to express their unique style and craft. This approach is counterproductive to fostering a creative and supportive environment for emerging DJs.

I hope the management reconsiders their approach to future events and creates a more inclusive and fair platform for...

I recently visited Cappello Florida Road, after some time of not going there. And I must say I was really surprised on how well trained the staff is. I will put out the person who served us. Thank you so much “MARTIN” you’re definitely the best. Martin made us feel at home, we didn’t look around for anything coz each time you look around he is already looking at you guys for a signal❤️.
