Debonairs Pizza Florida Road — Restaurant in Windermere

Not the best Debonairs I have ever visited. The staff I found on the day was very rude. I am still scarred by my interaction with him. He attended to me while on the phone and then took our order incorrectly. When we pointed out his mistakes to him he got hostile and accused us of making a mistake because he has "no hearing problem". I had a mini back and forth with him emphasizing that he misheard me because he was distracted by the phone. He insisted that I had ordered something that is not even on the menu. It was at that moment that I suspected he was high on something. He eventually conceded and rectified my order, but I didn't enjoy the pizza...

I really used to dislike debonairs after living in another area and the debonairs there ws horrible and not up to standard I will not mention names. But after moving here to Berea I tried out the debonairs in Florida Road and was blown away. Every pizza I bought was fresh tasty full of aroma and loaded with topping be it a veg or meaty one. The staff also friendly , helpful and efficient. Neva waited more then 15 minutes for an order . Now this place made me love and cherish debonairs once again. They truly uphold the name. I ordered a chicken tikka pizza. It arrived promptly, however, there was not one piece of chicken on the pizza. When I took a bite, what appeared to be a piece of mushroom turned out to be a folded piece of cardboard! Base was a bit underdone too. Debonairs Florida road was previously the best in Durban and I supported them for years. I don't know what happened but standards have clearly dropped. I am disgusted by what happened with my order.
