Such a great spot!!! First, it was exciting for us as we've never had 1/black pig 2/this type of dinner setting 3/grilled meat with anchovies sauce. Clean and airy, so your clothes don't get the barbecue smell. The menu is exactly what you need- you are in Jeju city(island)- black pork is on the agenda! They cook it a little bit upfront for you. When you receive the meat, it is in pieces and the server cooks it for you. Dip it in anchovies sauce, enjoy. Wrap it in a radish root, or something green (a vine leaf?) and enjoy the juicy piece of meat! The server was helpful showing us how to eat it and why to dip it. Fui a cenar y pedi un mixto de cuello y panceta de cerdo , te lo traen ya marcado a la mesa donde terminas de hacértelo , estaba bastante tierno y tenia buen sabor , muy rico. Se acompaña de diferentes banchan , hojas de lechuga para envolverlo , el soufflé de huevo , kimchi etc.
