Top positives: location, cleanliness, free use of washing machine with detergent and softener on Lvl 3 (instructions in English are on the machine- bottom right; there is no dryer but you can use their racks to air dry on the same floor), additional amenities on Lvl 3 (as per photos) including recycling bins, free wifi, and self-serve towel change if required (available in bins with sign).
Top negatives: room space (just enough for 2 luggages and one side of double bed backed up to wall), no bidet, no room service (we stayed 6 nights with no bedsheet change or trash being emptied - tbc) and small towels.

Read moreThis place is a little small but quite unique. It is a self check in and out; there is no one in the front desk. It provides a free common kitchen, washer and dryer. It also has hot and cold drinking water free.
Its location is very convenient; a few minutes walk is a CU (convenient store), coffee shops, restaurants, bus station, subway, and myeongdong night market. By the way, it is located on an up hill, so get some exercise by walking up! It is not for handicap or elderly for sure.

Read moreIt was a lot smaller than we thought. It is hard to take out things from our luggage. The check in system was easy, but a bit concerning on security since anyone could come and press the machine, and take the card, as the password is not sent via Agoda but shown on the check in machine so anyone could take it. There was no one manning the counter in the afternoon and at night.
Toilet was okay, and temperature of the room was okay too, although we couldn't find the remote for the aircon. Lastly, there is no water dispenser, so I just drank from the sink, but you may want to buy water from the convenience store...
