Bounce Guesthouse — Hotel in Seoul

Pros: Two out of three of the staff were great and super friendly, waited up late for me to check in from my delayed flight. Comfortable warm bed, quiet street, not too far from the action of Hongdae (but still at least 10 mins walk) with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. ||||Cons: Some of the facilities are looking tired (eg. hooks falling off the walls, extension cables across the floor of the room, keys missing from lockers, etc.), a lot of clutter in the kitchen and living room, not always staff on hand to answer questions though there is a phone to call the from if you need it.||||There is only one bathroom with the toilet inside for the three rooms in the main area which at times was inconvenient if you're busting while someone is showering. Four-bed room was okay though with a few bags on the floor it was already full. Nice enough but not sure why the ratings from others were so high, I've had much better value for money elsewhere. Looks like it used to be good from the reviews but needs a spruce up in organisation...

Strongly Recommend Bounce Guesthouse !! When my friend from UK visit Korea, I stayed Bounce Guesthouse with him. It was just AMAZING !! I've searching so many guesthouses in Hongdae through the Tripadvisor and many blogs. And I decide to stay in Bounce Guesthouse cos seems very good! At first, we supposed to stay 1 night and try other guesthouses in hongdae cos there are sooooooo many guesthouses, I want to explore but in the end we decide extend 3 more nights to stay In Bounce Guesthouse!! The location was super nice enough to access any places in Seoul, and rooms, beds, toilets and all the facilities are even cleaner than my home!! People there were super kind and fun, too! I really love this place, Bounce Guesthouse!! And some-more, It's located in Hongdae area which is very popular for nightlife, so whenever we can feel easy to go for drinking and party for 4 nights!! ;) I will definitely come here, Bounce Guesthouse in Hongdae again!! I had a really good time here, crazy but a lot of fun, and interesting time for New Year 2017. We had a nice party the evening I arrived for long term person leaving. A very multi-cultural gathering, and late night clubbing. There was an organised Korean BBQ on New Year's Eve at a nearby restaurnt for those that we interested. Kudos to the the management, sorry I forgot your name. The place was very clean and well managed. I took off one star off for the location.
