Incheon Airport does not have a Lotte Duty Free. There are other duty free retailers but not a Lotte. You have to buy here, and if you buy a non-Korean product, you have to pick up the merchandise at the airport at Gate 45 (for Terminal 1). The patrons of this duty free tend to be very obnoxious and loud. It’s sometimes a harried experience and the store (spanning multiple floors) is quite warm at times. It isn’t the most pleasant experience, but some items are markedly cheaper. Sulhwasoo items can be almost 50% of the North American price. If you have an Amex, you can automatically get Lotte Gold membership. Head to the 10th floor and register. You get minimum 15% off of all prices.

Get inspired by Japanese customer excellence and don‘t mislead customers by handing them empty boxes without any products inside and giving them wrong information related to tax refund at ICN airport instead of product pick-up. By the time I realized after queueing at the Tax Refund counter it was too late to go to the pick up. NEVER AGAIN thank you for literally NOTHING.

It is huge store but lotte free starts from level 9. We checked all prices for luxury brands is better to shop in Japan or Italy for clothes ,bags or jewelry- you get there better tax back and the chepest you can find item. Stuff is a bit too pushy and acting bored and annoyed all the time. I checked also the prices on the brands website and it is same as in their shop claiming it is duty free...so nah,kinda scam illusion to me. Dyson hairdryer (in Lotte not in dyson shop) was good price mid high 200 usd. I went there to buy my favorite brand Lavien and it was really good price but super small shop. Unfortunately, they did not have...
