A great flat, with a walkable distance to most of the old town touristy stuff. There was a kitchen with all the appliances needed for our 4 day stay. Bathroom with amenities. 1st bedroom is on the main floor. 2nd bedroom IS UP A LADDER in an attic loft. We did like the keyless entry. The flat is small but with 4 adults (2 couples) we didn’t feel cramped in. Lots of local restaurants with in feet of the door. There is a small ground floor communal terrace.

The room is definitely very nice and clean with all the supplies a traveler needs. It's also a 5-minute walk to Anton Martin metro station. However, there are actually 2 buildings in this complex, one facing the street, when facing the inner courtyard, and the street can get noisy especially on Friday nights. I was lucky to get a room with windows opening to the inner courtyard, though there's not much view in this case, which is ok for me.

Lovely apartment that fulfilled the needs of my family. It is located in a lively neighbourhood, close to subway station and is very interesting to explore. The apartment was wonderfully clean and very well equipped. There was also a welcome gift which was a very nice touch. Service is all remote, no onsite, hence 4 stars for service (though this was not a problem at all). Would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment that fulfilled the needs of my family. It is located in a lively neighbourhood, close to subway station and is very interesting to explore. The apartment was wonderfully clean and very well equipped. There was also a welcome gift which was a very nice touch. So we stayed here multiple times for about 3 weeks total. Saw 3 different apartments across those stays. The rooms had almost everything you need for an extended visit to Madrid. The location is great. Fridge is sizeable. Stoves are induction so if you are addicted to coffee make sure your stovetop machine is induction capable. The only slight issue we had was some water damage in one of our rooms necessitated us moving to a second room so they could address. But the staff was totally supportive and communicative (via WhatsApp)...
