This place is a MUST visit!!! If you want good food, good service and reasonable prices then you have to go! My experience was great and I love this place so much! I came here with my friends about 2/3 times (we were the girls from London) and everytime we went it was amazing! I want to give a massive shoutout to two workers who served us! I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names but one of them was the guy who travelled a lot and briefly lived in London, you are a legend and you really made our Madrid trip unforgettable and another was the girl who served us on 4th feb and spoke English to us, you were so cool and had such a kind nature, we appreciate you! I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart because you made our experience at Nomade cafe even better! Your kind and generous nature made us love the place even more and feel a homely vibe. Thank you so much for being so cool and amazing!! I am definitely telling everyone about this place so they can visit when they come Madrid and I am definitely returning if I ever come back to Madrid. Thank you to everyone who works there (especially the two that we spoke to I wish I got your names ) and the cooks! To anyone reading this, I highly recommend this place, it is a must visit and the food, service and...

I looked for cafes to where I could work with my laptop because I'm visiting my family. A few websites/blogs recommended this place. I sat down on a big table because it was where I could see sockets.

The barista was very friendly but then a lady came and started talking about me when I could here it clearly. She said "why is she sitting in the big table if she is alone". That made me feel very uncomfortable so I took my laptop out the bag and then they came to tell me I can only use the laptop from 2PM even tho the place is empty.

Anyways they made me feel very uncomfortable with the first comment so I just drank my coffee which was just lukewarm and went Starbucks 🤷🏽‍♀️

You know when people come to coffee shops they come with the best intentions the last thing I want to hear is one of the employees talking about me complaining about me being in a big table if that bothers you you can kindly ask me to move. Just overhearing comments is very off putting and far for not even good but basic costumer service. Not even in England they...

Overrated! In my opinion.. Better options around Madrid. Was packed and got sat with some kind of kitchen tea party in an echo like chamber where their voices screeched to the point I couldn’t determine if my coffee or food actually taste any good.

Edit- post cafe response.

Actually after waiting for 20 minutes I wasn’t willing to leave after the party you had seated downstairs began obnoxiously yelling. You knew you had a party down there therefore you should have at least given us the option. The girls seated next to us actually did leave after the commotion was over bearing to them.

Also, I did discuss it with you. My review was exactly what I said to you whilst I was paying. In fact you completely sympathised. Not a keyboard warrior here, rather a genuine reviewer.

And yes there are many great and at times quiet cafes...

I visited this cafe twice for breakfast during my 3 day stay in Madrid because it was simply too good not to go back! It was easy to reach being within a short walking distance from Atocha station. The menu had a great variety of delicious dishes and drinks to choose from. It was open during the April public holidays and although there was a queue outside we didn’t need to wait long to be seated. We ordered the la baba toast, turkish eggs, grilled cheese sandwich as well as the cold drinks such as the skin glow and red head. The service was quick and the servings were well presented, generous and full of flavour. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which was convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Amaaazing everything! 😋 We had to cappucinos with oat milk and we were not dissapointed at all. It's usually hard to find a place where the coffee with oat is good, but this place was definitely a good pick:) Loved the latte art and how they add the cacao powder, it makes it look really pretty! ☕️ The staff was super kind, smiley and nice to be around! The coffeeshop looked really good as well and the music was amazing. We also had the banana cake and the cheesecake, and at least one of them is a must (if not both). They are delicious!!🤩 We had a really good time there and also amazing logo! Fits with the vibes:)🦦
