Smartr Madrid Gran Via Apartments — Hotel in Madrid

I absolutely LOVED our stay at these apartments. The area is very centric and easy to access via public transportation. The apartment was pristine, spacious and very well stocked. The hosts were very accommodating in regard to our arrival and departure times and did not hesitate to offer all the assistance needed. Horrible self check in process. No communications from the hote what so ever. Had to call them. The posted front desk tel number is not the actual number. When I finally found out the correct number after making multiple inquiries, the front desk was irresponsive. WORST self check in experienc. Great apartment! Very clean, good kitchen and lots of space. We were given the wrong information about how to check in, but that was quickly resolved.
