I am always into supporting small and family business but this place is absurd. I bought there espandrillas one time and they got broken after two months of wearing. Okay I gave them another chance, the same thing happened. I brought both shoes to them and confronted the lady with the situation. Suddenly she stopped understanding English, secondly she said why I brought them to her and it’s not their shoes unless pointed at the same shoes in the shelves. Then she sent me to a shoe maker while I wanted her to repair them. I would understand if these were cheap 5-eur-espandrillas but they are not, they claim they are better and more sustainable. Even in a such a situation she could just offer a shoe (only one was broken) to improve the situation. I would not advise anybody buying there: low quality and overpriced for that.

P.S. also the first pair was bought at your shop, you may don’t have them now, but I have receipts etc and also with the other pair the person at the shop only agreed that they are yours after I pointed at the same pair of shoes in the shelves. Neither your quality nor your service (and yes the service belongs to a a good business) are at par with what you claim. As I pointed in the previous post you can solve such a situation a smart way, but you don’t because you don’t want a repeat business. You continue baselessly claim the highest quality of your products which is not. Again I would really discourage everybody...

Classic, handmade Espadrilles, prices are mid range and so goes for the diversity of models.

The lady was a bit on the impatient side of things first and she kind of tried to push us to decide and buy quickly. But I guess she opened up later when she realized we have genuine curiosity in understanding the effort put by artisans to create the espadrilles and in which part of Spain...

Wonderful family owned business with a huge floor to ceiling collection of espadrilles packed into a tiny shop.

The prices are amazing for the quality of the shoes & they're unbelievably comfortable.

Bought one pair for myself & one for a friend -- can't wait to get more the next time...
