So I've tried Pad Thai and Thai tea at other Thai spots here in Madrid, but honestly, this place is still the absolute best! I even ended up at another restaurant one time because this one wasn't open yet (waited like 10 minutes past opening! Of course I've checked their opening daya :), but it just confirmed that this is the real deal. Oh, and you HAVE to try their Som Tam! It's seriously the perfect combo with sticky rice—I could eat it all day. Just a heads-up though, that spice level can be intense, so definitely ask your waiter to dial it in for you. If you're on the fence about where to get the best Thai food in Madrid, trust me, this is the place!

Finally! In Malasaña, very tasty Thai food, slightly adapted to the Spanish palate. All the "menu del día" items I've tried have been excellent--try the fresh pasta spring rolls, and the chicken in green curry. The rice in coconut milk with lychees makes for a lovely Thai dessert. I'm dying to try the rest of the items on the full menu--they are all delicious standard dishes in nice Thai restaurants throughout Thailand (I worked in Bangkok for a year and the food was amazing). NOTE: be patient. Thai food is made to order, which is why it's so fresh and nice. At Bailor they take this point seriously.

Highly Recommended Thai Restaurant the only Authentic Thai cuisine that we surely loved. This is the only restaurant that serves Ensalada de Pato which is our favourite of course their Pad Thai and Per ma kham curry were all the best plus they have the best Te Thai or the iced Thai tea as a refresher and you guys can try their Arroz con Mango. We surely love everything they serve. The owner and Camarera’s were very accommodating. The Asia ambience was really cozy and relaxing to visit and eat Asian food.

My family and I stopped in here for lunch during our visit from the US since we were missing Asian flavors toward the end of our time in Spain. We consider ourselves experts in Thai cuisine as we eat it often and this is one of the best places we have been in the world! The restaurant was decorated so nicely and the service was great, but the food was clearly the star. Since there was a large group of us, we were able to sample several of the dishes. The duck salad is pretty much one of the best bites of food I've ever had! MUST ORDER! My second favorite was the pad thai, which was also one of the best we've ever had. Although you typically cannot go wrong by ordering pad thai, this one was more flavorful than most that we've had. We also loved everything else we had: the tom yum soup, papaya salad, crispy duck, panang curry, chicken satay, and pad se ew all paired with our sticky rice. Really...
