The worst hotel I stayed in. It started with the parking. The parking is located behind the hotel which most of hotels in the city do, but at least they should inform the clients. We are told to go there and park. We get there after several attempts because there are a few one way streets around. The entrance to the parking is 1/2 way open, so we had to call again for them to open. After 5-10 min wait the guy shows up and asks why we didn’t squeeze in in a 1/2 opened gate. 🤦‍♂️ Then after the parking we had to find our way to the lobby. It is a maze of black doors without proper songs where to go. Once in the elevator there is no sign of lobby. After just a lucky guess that Hist point is probably it, we head there. Just to find our selves behind another black door. Go though that and we are outside in the middle of some very strange looking crowd of people. My first guess was they maybe feed the homeless here. Later on I saw that it was some kind of bazaar. Anyways, no signs of lobby anywhere so decided to enter the big glass doors since it was the most logical way to go. Ok, finally found the lobby. And surprise, apparently you have to check in yourself. That is odd for a 4 star hotel, but ok we are here already. So while one girl helps my friends to check in I start checking in. Once I’m 2 clicks away to finish that girl comes up and cancels my check in. I was like why did you do that??? She mumbled something about mistake and gets back to what she was doing before. Didn’t even apologize. Then another girl come in to help me do exactly the same thing that I did before. Ok finally checked in then we had to go through another 2 black door to go back out side go to the other building then elevator then again black doors and then the room. I just don’t get it, either they really like those black doors or this is done to inconvenience their customers to max level. Obviously, it was dark once we got the room and we headed straight to the city, but once I woke up in the morning I saw the selling and the wall had stains which I just hope was water, but looked like it was sewage. Just unbelievable, if you had a leak and fixed it why didn’t you clean the walls and ceiling. Let me remind you it is a 4 star hotel. Of course they also had problems with electric car charging. I could not wait to check out, but even there they had a surprise for me. Exactly at 12 my room key stops working, so I can’t get through this multiple black doors to get to parking or back to hotel lobby or to the room to make sure I didn’t forget anything. Just unbelievable. And to finish, of course I open check out staff didn’t even asked us how our stay was. This place should not be called a hotel. It can be many things like almshouse for outcasts, maybe homeless shelter just not a 4 star hotel. Never,...

Seems like a standard 2-3 star hotel The room was really spacious, the bed was great, really comfortable and big. The shower had good water pressure & temperature. There was shower gel and shampoo which smelled nice. The co-working space was welcoming and vibrant but quiet enough to work and not be disrupted. Loved the Mission cafe inside the space, great choice of pastries and good coffee. I wasn't able to use the pool as it was December but looks like it would be a nice space in the summer.

Improvements Overall it's not a bad hotel but it's quite obvious that it's quite new and there are still things to iron out. Not sure whose idea was to have the shower door open outwards leaving about 5cm between the door and the toilet so you have to shimmy past it every time you get in the shower. The shower is also poorly installed and leaks water MASSIVELY. I had read a review about this before my stay on Google maps and thought the reviewer was really picky but then when I realised it's so bad that there might as well not be a door there tbh. As if this wasn't bad enough I had to ask the reception staff something like 6 times to change the towel for the shower since it was soaking wet. I had to repeat to them that it was the 3rd, 4th etc time I was there and the cleaning staff was still not going to change them. I understand that it's not the reception staff changing the towels but good customer service would ensure that it gets done. They just noted it down and then probably threw the post it in the bin. The staff (while polite) gave me the impression they were just there to occupy a seat rather than to really help with issues etc. internet was fas but really annoying that you had to connect every time you came back/opened laptop etc. there is not much privacy during the day especially for rooms on lower floors. you can't have be curtains closed as there would be no light; maybe some sheer curtains in addition - allowing light to go through but also providing intimacy. Security at the hotel. anyone from the street could come all the way up to the hotel room door. would be great if they had another gate which is card...

This is my second stay and I liked the hotel because of it is location and the common spaces. However on this second occasion I found the staff to be not very welcoming and rude.

The person that checked us in made us feel like we were bothering him. He also stopped checking us in to speak to another guest who was complaining about smell of sewage and noise from their room.

We were woken up both mornings by the hotel cleaning staff shouting outside our room at 7.30am despite the sign that said do not disturb. The cleaning staff also forgot behind some clean bed sheets which were left on top of my suitcase (and I really hope they weren’t going to use!). The person cleaning the terrace used the broom to clean the terrace floor and also the cushions on the outdoor seats.

The dryer were off so we couldn’t do our laundry and we were told off for eating some food we ordered in one evening after a long day of meetings and work - when the football was on and I was too tired to go out (we saw other hotel guests doing so just fine the previous nights).

The coffee downstairs is really bad despite having a very good coffee machine. There is no natural light in bathroom and the lightening is awful, it is impossible to do your makeup and get ready using the mirror in there.

They provide tea bags in the room but there is no kettle or anywhere to get hot water from.

The yoga mats at the gym could do with some cleaning and refurbish, they are completely falling apart.

On the last day they were doing some works on the electric panels outside my room. The electricity kept going on and off. It would have been nice to be informed of this since I was working from my room and would have gone somewhere else if I had known.

Overall the location and spaces are great but there is a lot to be improved in the...

I was initially happy with the hotel: the place looks really nice, there were water and even welcome snacks in the room, nice (even if pretty limited) breakfast. However, the cleaning ruined the whole experience, and this is why I write this review. My room was properly cleaned only once: after my first night (I stayed for 5): everything tidy, new water and coffee. Then they stopped bringing water (I never had it again) and the quality of cleaning gradually decreased. However, what really disappointed me, was the last cleaning (if I can call it this way). When I came to my room, I found it like this (see pictures). This is not how I left it, so I could see they were in the room. They clearly gave me attitude. Yes, I did leave the room messy (nothing disgusting, just a lot of stuff on the table/chairs), because I was in a rush in the morning. But if I am supposed to leave the room looking perfectly, why did I book a 4-start hotel, not an AirBnb? I'm constantly travelling and live in the hotels very often, and this is the first time in my life, when the hotel staff behaved this way. I let the lady at the reception no what happened, but there was no reaction. This is no the cheapest option in the city and they consider themselves a 4-star hotel, so I have no words to describe my disappointment. The worst thing is that such events really affect your mood and your overall impressions from the city.

Very cool and flashy decor but for us everything ended there. Nothing seemed to work exactly right from the moment we checked in. Name was a challenge to look up even though we had booked direct. Nice enough people but no sense that they actually cared. Shower door opens outwards and left the bathroom floor wet for the entire stay. Of the two lonely glass drinking cups in the room one was dirty and no ceramic cups for coffee from Nespresso machine (it worked). Lamps next to the bed clearly were not made for reading as they were about 10 cm away from the mattress. Maybe for ambient lighting? Couldn’t get aircon to work at night so slept with window open and had all the noise coming in from an event they were prepping for. Event was clearly distracting staff and we had to climb over things to get to our room while no one said a single word about it or seemed to be concerned that they were guests in the hotel. One of the worst hotels experiences I’ve had in recent history and for the price i was simply shocked. When we checked out we weren’t asked how our stay was so i didn’t even bother to give feedback otherwise I would have but again no one seems to care. Pass on this place til they get their act together.
