Small hole in the wall type place. Google says "temporarily closed" but it is open.

Only a few small tables inside and a couple on the sidewalk.

The empanadas seem to be what everyone was ordering but I got the chicken, cheese and plantain arepa as I was craving an arepa and it was delicious albeit a bit dry. However you can see it was 5.70 euros 2 years ago and now is 7 euros, not the cheapest.
