I spent 2weeks at Strelitzias apartment, the building has been totally renewed recently, the kitchen contains everything you need for basic cooking ( much better equipped than similar flats in Playa Ingles and everything is new ).the flat is comfortable and so are the bed , the cleaning 5 or six times a week is very efficient and the flat is spotless , they change almost everyday the towels , bedsheet 2 times a week .the balcony overlooking the pool is sunny and I had pleasant breakfasts outside.||I wase pleasantly surprised to find 4 channels of Italian television, which is rather exceptional here ( usually spanish and german channels only).||A small supermarket is practically in front.||Only 2 problems : the locker of the flatdoor is special and one must ask for explanations ( I was closed inside the room by the char lady and I could not open the door...finally I called the reception that sent her back to open ).||Second problem : if you arrive late in the evening , nobody is at the reception, and you must go andget the key in another residence, which is not next door , and then come back to Strelitzias...which is rather annoying if you arrive with plenty of lugguage and so you need a taxi to make the tour ( to leave , easier, there is a straight bus to the airport stoppping nearby...)||The wifi works, even if at some time gets weaker; the safe in the room costs 20 euros per week...||On conclusion, I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I ll be back to...
Read moreWhen you’ve stayed at Anfi Del Mar you are spoilt because nothing comes near in standard of accommodation . It didn’t help here when the receptionist told me to “ chill out - you’re on holiday “ — that always rankles me . I was “unchilled” because he’d told us it was extra to use the safe and he wanted 10 euros for the tv zapper!!( what did he think we were going to do ? - eat it?)||The room was a space divided by stud partitions - small units and poor quality furniture — the bed moved across the room and the mattress slid off the base dumping me on the floor several times . There was a Formica table attached to the wall in the kitchen and 2 ridiculous tiny stools ( never used) The fluorescent lighting made us look like we had TB — the patio door opened onto a nice sun trap area with loungers —but it took me an hour to discover how to get through the gate into the pool - a toe dip was all I managed in the icy water ||BUT the service girl was superb — she kept everything spotlessly clean !!||The comparison is fair really if you think that Anfi is just over 20 euros more per night ( if you’re a member) .... I...
Read moreI spent 2 weeks in a Strlitzias flat, the building is completely renewed, the swimming pool is small and pleasant, probably the water is warmed.||||Beds are comfy, apparently new, towels changed 5 times a week, like the cleaning , kitchen rather equipped for basic cuisine.||This residence is spotless.||||The people at the reception are helpful, a small supermarket is nearby.||||Just pay attention to the internal lockers of the flat , otherwise you won't be able to close or open the door, ask reception how it works.||||Also, the reception is closed in the evening , so if you plan to arrive late, you must know that you have to go to another complex to get the keys, which is unusual and annoying if you have a lot of luggage.||||Apart from these details, my stay was very pleasant and I ll be back to Strelitzias if I come back to...
