I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Boutique Palacio Pinello. The location could not be better – right in the heart of Seville, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The hotel has so many thoughtful touches – complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits, and even lollies, plus an honesty bar for a relaxed drink at the end of the day.

From the very start, the staff truly made my trip special. Jacob handled my booking with warmth and efficiency, and both Jacob and Laura ensured my check-in was smooth and welcoming. I was even shown a few rooms within my booked category and allowed to choose my favourite – tip: Room 5 in the Cozy Room category (ground floor) is surprisingly spacious, with a sofa and beautiful large paintings.

Alicia and Laura were wonderful with city orientation, and Alicia went above and beyond – booking my train ticket to Córdoba, arranging a packed breakfast for that early trip, and once again preparing a packed breakfast for my train journey to Barcelona on checkout. Daniela made check-out seamless, organising my cab perfectly on time.

A special mention to the housekeeping and kitchen teams, whose efforts made my stay extra comfortable.

During our recent visit to Seville, Spain, we had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Palacio Pinello hotel, recommended by Amex Platinum. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from its prime location to the cleanliness, attentive staff, and top-notch amenities, including the amazing rooftop.

Nestled in a prime corner location, the hotel is just steps away from restaurants and a mere block from the cathedral, with the Alcazar just a few minutes' walk away. The area is safe and convenient for exploring the city. Check out my photos and videos to see just how perfect the location is!

The rooftop provides a stunning view of the cathedral and surrounding restaurants, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a drink at sunset. The saying "location, location, location" truly applies here.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, with delicious fresh orange juice served throughout. The rooms were spotless, with excellent quality towels and fantastic amenities provided.

Three standout staff members made our stay even more memorable: Laura at the front desk, Carlos the bartender, Jacob and another gentleman who provided exceptional customer service.

We booked one room here to stay for the last few hours we had in town because our late flight back home so that we can rest up a bit and take showers before we head to the airport as our 1st apartment place was fully booked so we couldn't extend our stay.

The hotel was in the center of the town and only 200 m walking distance from our 1st place. Upon arrival, our room was not ready as expected but the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who I didn't get his name of tried to book us a table at one of the best seafood restaurants in town. But the restaurant was fully booked due to the April festival. Vanesa, the other front desk lady who was so kind using her own WhatsApp number informing me once our room was ready way earlier than the supposed check in time.

The room was clean and spacious. Both the bed and pillows were comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom/shower room was very well equipped which was great to see for a 4 starred establishment.

There are welcoming drinks included which we enjoyed out in their rooftop terrace overseeing the view of the city.

Although it was a very short few hours stay for us, we enjoyed this place and a taxi to the airport was arranged by the hotel...
