Bar Estrella Tapas — Restaurant in Seville

Walked in this evening, August 31st 2023 with my partner and were told by our waitress that we could sit anywhere inside the restaurant. Upon 5 minutes of sitting down, I asked the waitress to describe an item on the menu given that I am not from Seville and wanted to familiarize myself with the local food before ordering. She gave me a very abrupt explanation and when I asked for clarification, she refused to elaborate. Right after, a gentleman who works at the restaurant came and asked us in a very authoritative manner to change tables because the table was "reserved" by another group. To begin, the table did not have any indicators or notes saying that it was reserved and in addition, our waitress told us we could sit anywhere. Moreover, there was plenty of other available seating for the "group" to select from. Terrible service. The server was super rude, refused to speak in English and was extremly rude to the only person who spoke Spanish. Food was oily and mediocre. The whole experience started with them moving ua from our desired table to another because ir took less effort to clean. Insane. First they brought four glasses instead of five, did not pour us the wine, brought the wrong number of breads. Then they forgot to bring my garlic prawn dish. When I went into clear this, the server was rude. Finally brought my prawn which was not cleaned and full of dirt. Ate around it, as I was already starving. When the server came to collect the food, I showed her the dirt in the prawns, she refused to speak to me in English, told my friend to talk to her in Spanish, and said that this was normal here. Don't waste your money at this establishment, as is the worst one i have visited. I wished I had read the reviews before we went to this restaurant as it hasn't improved from the last review a couple of weeks ago. The food it was horrible, hardly anything on the plate, one chicken skewer and 15 fries for 13 Euros the service it was beyond a joke as they serve their own first before they attend to the tourists, they cleared my partners plate while I'm was still eating, no communication or eye contact.
